  • The service has not been initiated within 5 business days of payment
  • You have been mistakenly charged twice for the same service
  • A technical error occurred from our side that prevents service delivery
  • We are unable to deliver the promised service due to unforeseen circumstances

All refund claims are carefully reviewed by our team before approval.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a service within 24 hours of placing an order, provided work hasn't begun. No cancellation is allowed after the initial 24-hour period.

Important: For ongoing monthly services (like hosting or maintenance), you can cancel at any time, and the service will continue until the end of your current billing cycle without further charges.

4. Hardware Returns

If you have purchased physical goods (e.g., CCTV equipment, computer accessories, or other hardware):

  • Only defective or damaged products can be returned
  • You must notify us within 2 days of delivery
  • Return must include original packaging and invoice
  • Products must be in original condition with all accessories

Used products are not eligible for return unless proven to be faulty upon delivery.
